Tricia T. Floyd, MSW, LCSW, LCADC received her Bachelor of Arts Degree as well as her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Tricia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She is most interested in supporting individuals and families with creating the relationships they desire. She's trained in Structural Family Therapy by the son of Salvador Minuchin. Tricia has held many administrative roles and has awesome experience supporting new LSWs, LACs, LPCs and LCSWs with increased clinical confidence and competency.
Tricia is a passionate therapist who seeks to understand each person and their view of the problem. She is committed to practicing cultural humility. She is also attuned to cultural differences and explores the impact it has on personal and professional experiences. Throughout her work with her clients Tricia focuses keenly on supporting individuals and families as they work to improve their relationships with self and others.
