Caroline is a licensed social worker based in New Jersey. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland. She continued her education with a masters degree in social work from Rutgers University. Caroline’s focus is on working with the LGBTQ+ and disability communities, as a member of both groups. She uses a mindfulness approach when treating anxiety and depression.
Caroline has extensive experience working with members of the IDD population (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, such as autism and learning disabilities) in both behavioral therapy and psychotherapy. Before becoming a licensed social worker, Caroline worked as a counselor and case worker in residential and community mental health, which provided her with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field.
Caroline’s hobbies when she is not working include knitting, playing board games, and photography.
